Tips for Opening a New Restaurant in Bali

#1. Setting Up Your Company in Bali

This is a step you should always take with careful consideration and caution. It is highly recommended that you work with a Bali-based hospitality consultant, especially if you are new to this industry and just living in Bali.

#2. Community – Improve Takeaway and Delivery Quality

You are uniquely positioned as a restaurant that just opened, so you must look around your neighborhood. Why? Because we are all in different places, and each of us needs to consider what can be done to find solutions to keep moving forward.

And as a newcomer, too, you need someone to introduce your name/brand, and that’s not easy, especially after a pandemic. It would help if you built your branding for the local community, where they will contribute and help you to try your food and drinks.

#3. Focus on Digital Marketing

The period of physical distancing, like now, is the right moment to take advantage of digital marketing. People spend more time at home relying on the Internet. So, posting your ad on social media and sending email marketing is the right way to optimize your restaurant business opportunity.

Create engaging content regularly on Instagram. You can advertise for free and paid for, but paying for your ad posts will undoubtedly get him more exposure. Consider filling your website with helpful content for readers and sending that content to your customers via email regularly.

#4. Make Special Discount

You can carefully consider the discount. You can restate your customers’ wallets by being aware that this pandemic will soon end, and the restaurant business should return to normal.

To avoid business devaluation, you must ensure that the discounts provided are only temporary during the Corona pandemic. For example, you can give a discount of 30 percent to 50 percent for a new or unique menu you prepare during a pandemic, or you can determine how long the deal will last.
